Pararray will provide quality assurance to deliver services which meet the needs of the government. Each task order will have unique needs and a tailored quality management plan. The QMP will outline the processes followed by Pararray to ensure deliverables are compliant with the contract. Activities performed under any given task order may require quality assurance or quality control activities to be formalized into a project controls document.
Pararray will work with the government sponsor to determine the appropriate monitoring approach and review frequency for each deliverable or service performed.
Prior to delivery, subject matter experts review each deliverable in their area. The independent validation and verification efforts provide fresh-yet-experienced feedback. Cross-discipline collaborative reviews are also assure the highest quality to client organizations.
